These Terms of Use govern the use of the NEPHELA app as well as all related functions and content. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

NEPHELA is a weather app for displaying current weather information. The app is intended solely for general informational purposes.
The displayed weather data – in particular historical weather data – is provided by external data providers and is only processed, visualized, and made accessible by NEPHELA.
The content does not constitute binding weather forecasts, or a basis for decisions of a safety-related, economic, or personal nature.
NEPHELA can be used free of charge. The scope of features of the free version may be adjusted or expanded at any time.
In addition, paid features may be unlocked, in particular:
Prices, durations, and scope of services are displayed transparently before purchase.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed via the respective app store (e.g. Apple App Store). Billing is handled through the associated app store account.
Cancellations, changes, or refunds must be handled via the respective app store. For add-ons, the specified usage period applies.
The terms and conditions of the respective app store apply in addition.
NEPHELA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of the provided weather data for any particular purpose.
Use of the displayed information is at your own risk. Liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use, interpretation, or further use of the provided data is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The provider strives to ensure the highest possible availability of the app. However, uninterrupted or error-free use cannot be guaranteed.
The provider reserves the right to modify, further develop, restrict, or discontinue features. There is no entitlement to specific features.
Content, design, texts, graphics, and software of the app are protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

These Terms of Use may be amended if necessary. The current version is available via the app and at nephela.com.
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
